OUR GOAL AT SHOP DAL MARE IS FOR YOU TO LOVE EVERY SINGLE COASTAL INSPIRED PIECE WE HAVE CAREFULLY CURATED. BELOW PLEASE FIND OUR CURRENT RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY.

RETURN POLICY

At the current time, all items are final sale. While each item is inspected prior to shipment and packed to ensure safe delivery, it is possible that damage could occur during the shipping process. Please email hello@shopdalmare.com within 72 hours of receipt of the item and include your name, your order number, the issue with your order, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Once we verify your shipment information, we will be in touch with return shipping instructions. Please note that in order to process your refund or replacement, all items must arrive back to our warehouse in new, unused condition, with packing intact, and accompanied by the order packing slip.

Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item and properly inspect it, we will replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available then we will issue store credit or refund your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable.


SHIPPING POLICY

For now, we are able to ship to the US only. We are working with shipping providers to be able to extend flat-rate shipping & ship to Canada.
